3MB is fully committed to an injury-free work environment. Our Safety First! Program is designed to be proactive.

3MB believes that all accidents are preventable. The safety program addresses site-specific hazards, prevention methods and involves all levels of the company’s employees. 

A successful safety program is a product of proper communication, recognition, teamwork and training. The majority of 3MB’s construction personnel are OSHA certified.
