Daniel Munilla, Esq., has practiced construction law in South Florida for 9 years. Half of his experience comes from working at a boutique construction law firm and the other half comes from working as general counsel at a large South Florida construction company. Throughout his years in the industry, Daniel has developed countless relationships with industry leaders. Furthermore, Daniel has developed a deep understanding of the legal risks associated with all aspects of the construction industry. He will help manage contractual risk and oversee the company’s insurance program.
Alejandro Munilla, PE, is a proactive, results-oriented construction manager with 11 years of comprehensive experience in complex construction projects in the heavy, civil, municipal, bridge, and roadway market sectors. He worked with FDOT for more than 3 years, partook in the FDOT professional engineering training program, and is a board member of the Engineering Contractors Association of South Florida, providing him with multiple contacts across the industry. Alejandro is a licensed general contractor, has spent time estimating large construction projects, and served as a senior project manager and operations manager for a large South Florida construction company.
Pedro M. Munilla brings more than 14 years of general construction management experience, including project management, equipment management, and procurement management. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. degree in management and finance, studied civil engineering at Florida International University, and has a Florida underground utility and excavation license. Pedro has estimated almost $1 billion of work and has more than 5 years of experience in running a construction company.
